In this seminar, participants will learn, taste, and experience how to make commercial siomai, japanese siomai, chicken and pork ham, lechon manok, tocino, different kinds of longganisa (skinless, vigan, lucban) bacon, embutido deluxe, pork quekiam, burger patties, corned beef, fish ball, spanish style sardines, tomato sardines sauces for siomai
 
Participants who want to venture into the ice cream business will learn the techniques for making different flavors of ice cream (cheese, chocolate, rocky road, chocolate fudge, and halo-halo) without an ice cream maker or even a freezer.
