Participants will learn how to make different types and flavors of milk tea through an actual demo, drink tasting experience, and hands-on sessions. Drink variants include wintermelon, taro, bubble tea (aka pearl tea), Okinawa, Hokkaido, matcha green tea, tiramisu. The right way of brewing black tea, cooking tapioca pearl, and putting add-ons and sinkers will also be discussed.
Participants will also learn how to properly brew Jasmine Tea for fruit tea. Combining Syrup flavors. Learn how to make fruit tea flavors such as mango, kiwi, apple, yogurt, peach, and strawberry
Also, learn how to prepare cheesecake milk tea and the making of messy cup
In this seminar get to know how to set up a milk tea shop, the capital they need for their desired setup, and the processes of sourcing of materials, costing, and marketing strategy. Specifically, this portion will cover the aspects of breakeven sales, target market, feasibility studies, safety and sanitation, equipment, utensils, and ingredients, among others.
