Seminar on Pizza and Shawarma making set

The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on how to make different kinds of pizza and also how to make shawarma. This will be held at the UPIS Building, Maria Regidor St, corner Quirino St, Sunken Garden, University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City from 10 a.m to 6 p.m

In this one day seminar participants will get to learn the different kinds of pizza dough making either it is thin crust, thick, pan pizza and pinoy pizza as well. Participants will get to experience how to make different types of sauces and toppings too, through demo hands-on expereince. Such as italian, pinoy style, including the famous pang masa pizza, laing pizza, sisig pizza, pesto pizza, stuffed crust pizza and make your own topping pizza will also be taught in the seminar.

And of course participants will also get to learn how to make shawarma together with garlic sauce, tahini sauce, as well as hummus and pita bread will also be taught at the seminar.

Aside from the pizza and shawarma making participants will also get to learn the safety and sanitation, familiarity to equipment, utensils, ingredients and costing this will be very helpful tips particularly for those who wanted to venture into the pizza restaurant business.

Participants will also receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. There will be a food tasting experience of the finish products. Lunch and snack will be served, handouts, and all the raw materials for hands on will be provided. This seminar is open to everyone particularly for those who wanted to venture into the pizza and shawarma making business.
