Reservations and payments are non-refundable, except when the training is cancelled by Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, your reservation may be rescheduled to another available schedule or applied to another training, provided that you inform us of the change before the required cancellation cut-off.
Reservations may also be transferred to another person if you are unable to use them yourself.
Once attendance has been confirmed, failure to attend the training without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the down payment or payment made for the reservation will be forfeited.
Reservation Validity
Reservations are valid for one (1) year from the original date of booking. Any unused reservation after the one-year validity period will be forfeited.
Training Cancellation by Golden Treasure
In the event that Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program cancels a training, participants may choose to transfer their payment to another training or request a refund.
